Book a fitting

Choose the service, then a calendar date and one of the genuinely available times. Availability is calculated against opening hours, notice time, existing appointments and temporary verification holds.

Your selected time is held while you verify your contact details.

A booking in three stages

1. Choose

Select a service, date and live available time. Past dates and dates more than 90 days ahead are rejected in the browser and again on the server.

2. Verify

Name, email and Greek phone format are validated. We email a secure confirmation link; when SMS verification is enabled, your phone receives a separate six-digit code.

3. Confirm

Only after verification is the appointment written to the CRM. The atelier then sees the booking in its calendar and reminders are queued automatically.

Reservation protection: after you submit, we will send a secure validation link by email and, when SMS validation is enabled, a code by text. Your time is reserved only after the required validation is completed.

Before you come

Bring the garment and, where relevant, the shoes, shirt, underlayers or belt you expect to wear with it. For an event garment, tell us the date in your notes. If the appointment must change, contact the atelier as early as possible so the time can be released.
