Privacy information — demonstration

This demo processes booking contact data, appointment history, service notes and verification status. Before commercial launch, replace this demonstration text with the controller identity, purposes and lawful bases, retention periods, processors, international-transfer safeguards where applicable, customer access/correction/deletion rights, complaint route and cookie information.

Booking verification

Email addresses are verified through a time-limited link. If SMS verification is enabled, the phone receives a separate one-time code. Verification records expire automatically and should be covered by the live retention policy.

Operational safeguards

The live operator must configure HTTPS, access control, backups, transactional email and any SMS provider under its own approved data-processing arrangements. CRM access should be limited to authorised staff.
